About The DC200
The DC200 is a technical shield.
It is bigger than the DC100 but still being used as a dynamic shield. The two legs or arms of the DC200 give it the advantage to be used to promote precision and simulate every possible scenario in the contact. This includes the ever more popular rucking and counter-rucking technique – the 'Pile-drive'.
The DC 200 has the added advantage to assist the coach with “live” or “contested” high ball practice.
